This Refunds & Returns Policy applies to purchases made from Miss Magnets via https://missmagnets.com.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Custom & Personalised Products

Most products sold by Miss Magnets are custom-made and personalised, created using images or files uploaded by the customer.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, personalised or custom-made items are not eligible for return or refund if you simply change your mind.

Once production has started, orders for custom products cannot be cancelled.

1.b Digital STL Files & 3d Print Files

Products sold in this store as digital downloadable files (STL, OBJ, 3MF, etc.) are intended for 3D printing.

Due to the nature of digital products, our policy is:

  • No refunds
  • No returns
  • No cancellations after purchase

Once the file has been downloaded (or the download link has been provided), the sale is final.

For this reason, if you have any questions about a file prior to purchase, please don’t be afraid to ask.

Exceptions – File Issues Only If you encounter any of the following immediately after purchase/download, we will help resolve the issue:

  • File is corrupted / will not open
  • Completely wrong file was sent (e.g. you bought “Dragon” and received “Cat”)
  • Download link is not working (after multiple attempts)

In these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase with a screenshot/description of the problem. We will send you a replacement file or a working download link at no extra cost.

Please note: We do not offer refunds or support for:

  • Print failures
  • Scaling/resizing issues
  • Print orientation problems
  • Material incompatibility
  • Model design preferences (“I don’t like how it printed”)
  • Changes of mind
  • Difficulty slicing or preparing the file

By purchasing a digital file from us you agree to this policy.


2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a refund or replacement in accordance with UK consumer law.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once the issue is confirmed, we will:

  • Offer a replacement, or
  • Issue a full refund, including standard delivery costs where applicable

3. Image Quality & Customer Responsibility

When placing an order, you are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Uploaded images are correct
  • Images are of suitable quality and resolution
  • Cropping, orientation, and content are as intended

We are not able to offer refunds or replacements for issues caused by:

  • Low-resolution or poor-quality images
  • Customer-approved designs that later prove unsatisfactory
  • Errors in the uploaded files provided by the customer

4. Non‑Personalised Items (If Applicable)

If we offer any non-personalised products, you may return these within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • You notify us of your intention to return within 14 days

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 working days, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider (e.g. PayPal or card issuer).


6. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable for custom products unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • Replacement items for faulty or damaged orders will be sent at no additional cost
